Kaleen Return Policy
· 7-Day Return for Manufacturing
Defects: Returns are
only accepted for verified manufacturing defects within 7 days of receipt.
Contact customer service with details and images of the defect.
· Replacement Policy: Defective items will be replaced
with the same or a similar product. Replacements are processed after the item
is inspected, with no extra shipping costs.
· Refunds (Exceptional Cases): Refunds are only issued if a
replacement isn’t possible and will be processed within 7 days of receiving the
returned item.
· Eligibility: Returns and replacements apply only
to unused, unaltered products with manufacturing defects. Kaleen will inspect
items before approving returns.
· Non-Returnable Items: Customized, special order, or
clearance items cannot be returned or replaced unless defective.
· Shipping Costs: Kaleen covers shipping for returns
due to defects; otherwise, customers handle the shipping fees.
· Return Process: Contact customer service for return
approval and instructions. Upon receipt of the item, Kaleen will initiate the
replacement or refund.
· Damaged in Transit: Report transit damage within 48
hours to arrange replacement.
· Processing Time: Replacements take 10-14 business
days, and refunds are processed within 7 days after receiving the item
